LDZ1系列電磁失電制動器為通電脫離（釋放），斷電彈簧制動的摩擦式制動器。它主要于Y系列電動配套成YEJ系列電磁制動三相異步電動機充分發揮。廣泛應用于冶金應用領域、建筑科技實力、化工自行開發、食品構建、機床規模、印刷近年來、包裝等機械中，及在斷電時（防險）制動等場合發展目標奮鬥。
這種制動器具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊技術先進、安裝方便、適應性廣、噪聲低認為、工作頻率高服務好、動作靈敏、制動可靠等優(yōu)點反應能力，是一種理想的自動化執(zhí)行元件共謀發展。
The LDZ1 brake is fricative brakes, which are automatically set to work when an AC power lost occurs. They are mainly used with Y series motors to create YEJ series three-phase motors, it`s widely applicable in machine tools and in machineries for metallurgy, construction, chemistry, food-prompt and accurate braking effect.
Because of its small size, light weight low noise and high reliability, it is widely accepeted as an ideal piece of automation equipment.

四、安裝（Installation）
安裝注意事項 Warning
●摩擦片及銜鐵表面不得有油污高質量發展，必須保持清潔全方位；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
●安裝時必須保證氣隙“δ”；
When fixing, the airgap "δ" should be kept to the specified value.
●齒輪套不得有軸向竄動影響力範圍。
The gear hub are not allowed to move along axially.
●安裝后必須旋出空心螺栓鎖緊在電機后端蓋或法蘭盤上大局。
Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the bake cover or the flange plate.
